Bay Forest is a subdivision in Clear Lake Texas.  There is also a section called Bay Forest Estates in Bay Forest. There are over 800 single family homes in the Bay Forest Subdivision.  The homes in Bay Forest were built between 1985-1993. Bay Forest does have a Home Owners Association.
