ABOUT TUSCAN  LAKES

Tuscan Lakes was built with the European countryside in mind. Tuscan Lakes is a 870 acre master planned community in League City, Texas.  When the subdivision is completed there will be approximately 1800 single family homes. Tuscan Lakes is located in 2 school districts.  Tuscan Lakes also has a gated 55 and up community.  Tuscan Lakes does have a Community Association.  Tuscan Lakes has a .5% of the sales price fee to the seller each time the home is sold that goes back to the developer. 

 AMMENITIES

Tuscan Lakes has a Recreation Center with stone fireplace, Splash Pad Water Park,  Pool,  Playground, Beautiful Lakes, and Walking and Biking Trails.

 Looking for a home for sale in Tuscan Lakes if so you are zoned in the Clear Creek Independent School District or in the Dickinson Independent School District.  When looking for a home if schools are important to you make sure the home is zoned in the school district you want to live in.

The Clear Creek Independent School District Schools that are zoned for Tuscan Lakes are:

 Goforth Elementary - Goforth Elementary has an Exemplary Rating. 

League City Int. - League City Intermediate has Recognized Rating.

Clear Creek High School  -   Clear Creek High School has a Recognized Rating.

There is an area of Tuscan Lakes that is zoned in the Dickinson ISD.  This section is on the south side of League City Parkway - 96 and is located off of Louisiana Street.  The Tuscan Lakes 55 & up gated community located off of Tuscan Village Drive is also located in the Dickinson ISD.  The Schools zoned for these areas as of 2010 - 2011 school year are:

Silbernagel Elementary  -  Silbernagel Elementary has an Exemplary rating.

Barber Middle School - (5th & 6th) -  Barber Middle School has an Exemplary rating.

McAdams Jr. High (7th-8th)   - McAdams has a Recognized rating.

Dickinson High School -  Dickinson High School has an Acceptable rating.

Schools can be rezoned so please verify this information before buying.
